Nahd Bashir is an Israeli-Druze creator, actor, director, producer, and screenwriter. He became known for playing the role of "Dr. Samir" in the series "Dr. Carage," which he created.

Over the years, Bashir has written, acted in, and produced dozens of theater plays in Arab society in Israel. He has participated in various festivals and won numerous awards in the field of theater.

Between 2006 and 2011, he served as the artistic director of Kafron Theater, the Artists' Association for the Promotion of Theater in Shfaram.

He was a member of the Israeli Council for Culture and Art at the Ministry of Culture.

He established the production company "N.B. Orim Productions," where he produced and created numerous films, television series, and commercials.

He served as the acting chairman of the Druze Culture Department and in 2023 was appointed as the director of Arab Culture at the Ministry of Culture and Sports.
