Laura Marcus is an emerging filmmaker and creative professional based in London, England. A graduate of the University of Bristol (BA in Theatre and Performance) and the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (Master's in Acting), Laura has quickly made a name for herself in the film industry. She won the Best Writer Award at the 2021 BFI Future Film Festival for her debut short film, The Massive Fcking Bender*. Recognized by the Evening Standard as one of London's most promising young filmmakers, she has since worked with BBC Three, Universal Music Group, and artists like Josie Proto, Lynks, and Lazarus Kane. Her portfolio includes directing music videos, working as a production assistant on Amazon Prime projects, and contributing to No Time To Die press junkets.
