Alekhya Harika, also known as Dethadi Harika, is an Indian actress, model, and social media influencer from Hyderabad, Telangana. Born on November 10, 1997, she initially gained fame for her comedic YouTube series, Dhethadi, which earned her significant recognition in the Telugu entertainment industry. Harika holds a degree in Business Administration (BBA) from St. Ann’s College in Mehdipatnam and worked at Amazon before transitioning to acting.
